Managing Difficult Conversations

Most people dread having ‘those’ conversations.  We naturally think of difficult conversations as between employer and employee, but these happen in all walks of life, whether that’s with unhappy customers, or even family and friends.

Karen will give you lots of tips and approaches you can put into place straight away, to improve your communication skills and get the best out of those ‘difficult conversations’.

This will be an interactive session with lots of opportunity for reflection, discussion and questions, with a helpful worksheet to take away.

On The Night

As always your ticket includes a welcome drink and nibbles, with plenty of time to network with the other guests.

Arrive at Elsworth at the Mill from 6pm and be greeted by our friendly team and your welcome drink. We spend around 30 mins chatting, catching-up and networking before the interactive expert-led session begins.

We usually wrap things up by 8pm!
